Creating an account is straightforward. Click the Register link, enter your mobile number, pick a username, and set a strong password. You will receive an OTP on your mobile to verify your number. Once verified, your account is active and you can make your first deposit. The whole process takes under three minutes on a normal mobile connection.

LS1 Game is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. We take responsible gaming seriously. If you are under 18, please do not register. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental controls on shared devices to prevent underage access.

On the Login page, tap "Forgot Password". You will be asked for your registered mobile number. An OTP will be sent to that number within a few seconds. Enter the OTP, then set a new password. If you no longer have access to your registered mobile number, contact our support team directly for manual verification.

No. Each player is allowed one account only. Duplicate accounts are against our terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended. If you have accidentally created two accounts, contact support straight away to have the duplicate closed before any action is taken.

Log in to your account and go to the Profile or Account Settings section. Most details can be updated there directly. For mobile number changes, an OTP verification step is required on both the old and new number for security. If you run into issues, reach out to our support team with your account username.

You can request account closure by contacting our support team. Before closing, make sure you have withdrawn any remaining balance. We also offer a temporary self-exclusion option if you simply want a break from gaming — this is available in your account settings and is part of our Responsible Gaming commitment.

The minimum deposit on LS1 Game is PKR 200. This low threshold makes it accessible for players who want to try the platform without committing a large amount upfront. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account level — check your account dashboard for your current limits.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited within seconds. Raast transfers usually reflect within a minute. Standard bank transfers may take up to a few hours depending on your bank's processing time. If your deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes for a wallet payment, contact support with your transaction reference number.

LS1 Game does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (JazzCash, Easypaisa, your bank) may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside our control. We recommend checking with your wallet or bank for any applicable service charges before transferring.

This occasionally happens due to network timeouts between your payment provider and our system. In most cases the amount is automatically reversed to your wallet or bank within 24–48 hours. If it has not returned after 48 hours, contact our support team with the transaction ID or screenshot from your JazzCash / Easypaisa app and we will investigate promptly.
Withdrawals 4 Questions

Go to the Withdrawal section in your account dashboard. Select your preferred method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer — enter the amount in PKR and confirm. Make sure the account details you provide match the ones registered with your payment provider to avoid delays.

Most withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed within 1–4 hours. Raast transfers typically complete within a few hours. Bank transfers can take 1–2 business days. Processing times may be longer during peak periods such as PSL match days or major holidays. Your withdrawal status is always visible in your transaction history.

The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits depend on your account level and the method used. VIP players typically enjoy higher daily limits. If you need to withdraw a larger amount, contact support to discuss your options — large withdrawals may require additional verification for security purposes.

Common reasons include: unmet bonus wagering requirements, mismatched account details, pending account verification, or insufficient balance after pending bets. Check the rejection reason shown in your transaction history. If it is unclear, contact support directly and quote your withdrawal request ID.

If a match is officially abandoned before a result is determined (for example due to rain in cricket), all bets on that match are voided and your stake is returned to your account balance. If a match is postponed but eventually played within a specific window (usually 48 hours for cricket), bets typically stand. Full details are in our Terms and Conditions.
